I dont think that a very good idea though...first of all moon is almost quarter size of earth ...populating moon will cause more clumsy roads....small houses and tiny mega malls...well here I m talking abt rest of the world apart from mumbait's..offcourse we are prone to leave like that... if some day we get bigger space to live that would be difficult for us...anyways
apart from that we hav to make very special grounds for cricket players and basket ball players (u see gravity is low...so..)...i guess adding extra gravity equipments would be very costly solution...so we hav to change the pattern of our games...
Parliament staff will be getting a lot of benefit though. They wont be needing hearing aid's anymore in theire old age...cause without air voice cannot travel far....so they hav to use headphone instead .....whose audio control will be in their hand eventually...
Umm....apart from that we won't be needing petrol or gas anymore to run our vehicles...with such a less gravity scientists will design new motors who can jump rather then skate.
Surfing could be difficult...first of all we hav to figure out the underground water on moon...if it is their...which I believe it should...and when we get that, we hav to make underground pools...but I m not able to understand, how will we get such inormous tides in the water, cause here the reason for tides is Moon, I dont think earth would be able to do that.....Ahha....i know....just yesterday I was watching some episode on AXN, our discovery department has already made such mechanism which can produce real looking tides .
The biggest change will occur in granny's stories. U see they hav to figure out new stories for their grand sons and grand daughters, cause when we stay on moon it would be difficult to make them imagine moon as a bright shiny uncle, who lives in the sky and fulfill all wishes. Also we have to send our santaclause to earth or to some other planet. I cannot imagine what will couples do, usually we tend to compare our loved ones as moon.
I cannot even start thinking about effect on Indian traditions. it would be like writing a thesis, cause all Indian tradition are somewhere connected to moon. Husbands should really be worried abt this. Cause without moon on the sky, wifes wont be able to do their "karwachauth" (an Indian traditional prayer for huband's long life), so their goes husband's survival chance.offcourse women will live longer (men is not tend to do any such prayer, so women in India had already developed her survival pattern without ant dependancy)
And last and not least.....I wouldn't be writing this post on moon...however I'll be writing "I knew we should've never come to moon for living"
